Technical Team
Primarily composed of engineers or PhDs, the members of the ETIAM Technical team are specialists in computer science who oversee the research and development (R&D) efforts behind ETIAM products and solutions.
Within the Technical team,
A Support Service oversees installation, training, hotline services, and maintenance on site either through one of our partners or via tele-maintenance.
A Custom Developments division provides complementary and product-related services.
Sales Team
Organized by country and geographic zone (France, Germany, Western Europe, North America, and Japan), the ETIAM sales team provides direct sales support and oversees the partner network.
Marketing Team
The ETIAM marketing team identifies new customer needs and markets. They work with the development team to conceive and design innovative products and solutions. They also provide marketing, sales and support through tradeshows, conferences and presentations.
